Calagaz Photo Supply, Inc Return Policy

We want our customer to be completely satisfied with their purchases from Calagaz Photo Supply, Inc.but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. If you are not content with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of purchase date.

You have the option of exchange or refund. The item must be returned in "as new" condition, free of visible marks, scratches, or defects, and complete with all manufacturer included components and packaging materials. All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by Calagaz Photo management. After 15 days, all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.

For return of online purchases, please contact us prior to shipping the goods to obtain service advice or a Return Authorization. We can be reached via e-mail at info@calagaz.com or by phone 251-478-0487. To simplify your return, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the product to us. If possible, please place the items back into the original shipping box and packaging material that they arrived in. If you no longer have the shipping material, please pack the items securely in a sturdy box with enough packing material. Items damaged during return transit will be the responsibility of the buyer. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the amount refunded. In addition, we can only refund the purchase price of a returned item and any applicable taxes paid. Any shipping or handling fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

Your shipment will be checked upon receipt. Any missing or damaged merchandise, parts or packaging will be reported to you within 10 days.

The following conditions must be met for products to qualify for refunds or exchanges:

• The item must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a copy).

• The total will be refunded by your original method of payment, Calagaz Photo gift card, or store credit.

• Cash purchases totaling more than $100.00 will be refunded by check and may take up to 7 business days to process.

• If refunded by credit card or debit, the original cardholder must be present for in-store returns.

•Calagaz Photo Supply, Inc. does not accept return of the following products:

• Film or Photographic paper, (due to its perishable nature), • Batteries, • Chemistry, • Photographic Light Bulbs.

• Ink cartridges and inkjet paper• Non-stocked special-order items.

RESTOCKING FEES

If Calagaz Photo Supply, Inc. determines that an item is returnable but does not meet all Calagaz Photo guidelines for “as new” product, such as missing instructions, packaging, or accessories, up to a 25% restocking fee may be accessed. We can process a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund. The fee charged may vary depending on the item's condition, the state of the item's packaging and the item value. Calagaz Photo Supply, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the refund of any product that does not meet these criteria.

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to shop with confidence and allow plenty of time to shop for Holiday Gifts. To allow you peace of mind in choosing the right gifts, products purchased from Black Friday through Christmas Eve have an extended return and exchange period until January 8th of the following year.

GIFT CARDS

Calagaz Photo Supply, Inc gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

Calagaz Photo Supply, Inc. will not hold orders for pickup for longer than 120 days, including orders with prints and film. We will attempt to contact you; however, if no attempt to pick up is made, we will dispose of unclaimed photofinishing or orders after that time without further notice. Unclaimed photofinishing is not eligible for refund and does not imply or express any liability on the part of Calagaz Photo Supply, Inc.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Submitting any tangible or intangible materials like film, print(s), slide(s), negative(s), movie(s) or digital file(s)/media or other materials for developing, processing, printing or other handling constitutes an AGREEMENT by YOU that any damages or loss by Calagaz Photo Supply, Inc, our subsidiary or agents, even though due to negligence or other fault by Calagaz Photo Supply, Inc, our subsidiary or agents, will only entitle you to replacement with a like amount of unexposed film, print(s), or media, and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of the film, print(s), slide(s), negative(s), or digital file(s)/media, or other materials is WITHOUT OTHER WARRANTY OR LIABILITY, and recovery for any incidental or consequential damages is excluded. No expressed or implied warranty is provided.
