Photoshop Elements 10, Level 1

Intermediate-Level

Photoshop Elements™ is a powerful yet affordable software. Students will receive an overview of many of the useful features this program offers.

In this 2-Hour class, you'll learn about:

Cropping images for various purposes; basic retouching techniques; adjusting highlights and shadows; removing unwanted portions of an image, an introduction to using layers & more. This is a lecture-based course where students will learn the basics of Photoshop Elements 10. See our Level 2 Photoshop Elements class for applied learning with hands-on activities.

Note: Students should already own Photoshop Elements version 10 and be familiar with computer basics and digital concepts such as resolution and file formats. Photoshop Elements can be purchased with the class from Calagaz Photo at a special price.

Photoshop Elements 10, Level 2

Intermediate-Level

This 3-hour, hands-on course will take Photoshop Elements 10 users beyond the basics. Class will be part lecture and part hands-on with the use of your personal laptop. Students will complete several image-editing projects which will help you understand more of the tools in Photoshop Elements 10 and spark your creativity.

Requirements: Students should own Photoshop Elements 10 and have attended Photoshop Elements 10 Beginner class or have equivalent knowledge. Be sure to bring your laptop for hands-on learning.
